What is our dear nation turning into. No Vacancy everywhere!. Available vacancy for you if you are not more than 24years, isn’t it ridiculous. Average Nigerian graduate is more than 25 years of age.So, the jobs are for the children of the big boys who got into big schools with big fees and then graduate at a very young age.
What’s left for others? AN OPPORTUNITY to become Big. Lol, i guess you did not know i was heading here, an opportunity to become entrepreneurs (not necessarily being your own boss because entrepreneurs have lots of “Bosses”).
Nigeria is making us to have no choice but to think of starting our own businesses, unfortunately, many of us are not prepared for it. So we start and we loose, we start again and we loose but giving up is not an option, We have to keep starting and learn from our mistakes, add to our knowledge and take bold steps.
Reality is, you have to learn to be an entrepreneur since we were all trained in the university to be employees, but now we are left with no choice but to tread the entrepreneur way, some because they have passion for it, for others,so as not to go hungry and for others just not to be idle.
Well a strong desire is needed if you must succeed, the society has created an avenue where you either steal, beg or find something to do with your hands.
Are you gainfully employed? Congratulations, but if the company gets someone smarter than you, younger than you, cheaper than you, your guess is as good as mine. It is better you begin to think of a Plan B.
